KSA has a focused expertise in Academic Medical Centers (AMC), and we have worked nationally with the full range of settings, including public-private, urban-rural, closed-open staff, single-multiple hospitals, and unified-multiple owner/governed environments. Our client base is primarily the "clinical enterprise," focusing on the teaching hospitals and their clinical faculty counterparts. We have worked at all levels with the hospital, school, practice plan, and where it exists, the overall "Medical Center."

Our strong mix of senior staff provides the capability to successfully facilitate the complex processes typical of most AMCs, and also provides the creativity necessary to modify and evolve work plans in real time to adapt to these environments.
