Position Overview
Our Health Care Consultants work on multi-dimensional projects that demand functional knowledge and strong analytical, creative problem solving, and interpersonal skills. If your predisposition is to consideration of the big strategic issues, this position may be a perfect fit for you.
Using well-honed analytical, conceptual creative and interpersonal skills, a Facility Manager has the following responsibilities:
- Work with client and KSA leaders to articulate the strategic issues requiring attention. Develop processes and work plans for addressing these issues.
- Lead project teams through the execution of the work plans by providing direction, timeline and budget management, facilitating data gathering and problem solving processes, and performing market, financial, throughput and other types of analyses.
- Collaborate with diverse client and KSA staff to develop and present findings and recommendations and support for recommendations.
- Coach and mentor client and KSA consulting staff. Write and deliver performance reviews. Assist with recruiting new consultants.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients. Assist with development and delivery of proposals and project presentations.
- Develop and share deep subject matter expertise regarding relevant industry segments. Develop and share thought leadership.
